Abstracts

• Once the abstract has been accepted, corrections cannot be made

• All works submitted should be have not been presented to a large National or International meeting, or appeared in full print before the date of the Conference.

Audiovisuals

• Only PC projection (Microsoft Powerpoint 2002) will be available

Oral Communications

• The Conference Steering Commitee will consider two kinds of oral presentations:

  • Long: 20' + 5' for discussion

  • Short: 10' + 2' for discussion

Poster presentations

• Poster format: light cardboard or paper; width: 70-80 cm, height: 110 cm, with a clearly presented banner including the title of the presentation, names of authors and their affiliation

• Posters should be posted on the assigned boards before the beginning of the Conference and removed within Saturday, 31^st October after the end of the Conference. 

• The secretariat will not be responsible for posters not collected by the Authors after the end of the Conference.

• Materials to hang the poster will be provided by the Organizing Secretariat. 

• Only registered attendees are allowed to present their contributions.
