Notes for Registration 

General informations

• Please note that registration will not be effective until registration fee payment has been received.

• Registrants will receive an e-mail notification only when registration form and registration fee has been both received.

• Receipt will be delivered at the Conference, per request.

Individual Registration fees

• Places are limited to 100

• The individual registration fee is all inclusive:

  • 4 nights accomodation in 4 star hotel

  • 4 lunch

  • 4 dinners

  • coffee-breaks

  • social events

  • group transfer from and to Catania airport.

• Registration fee for accompanying persons is the same as conference attendees

• As we have nearly 50% rooms with sea view, we give priority according to the date of registration 

• All payments should be in Euros by a non-transferable bank cheque payable to GIMBE and mailed, together with the signed registration form, to:

Cancellation/Refunds

• All cancellations must be notified by fax (+39 051 3372195) to the Organizing Secretariat. 

• Refund of registration fees for cancellations: 

  • 80% up to 31 August, 2009

  • 50% between 1 and 30 September, 2009

  • no refund after 1 October, 2009

• All refunds will be processed after the Conference.

• No refunds are due to late arrivals or early departures
